Unparalleled opulence and exclusivity… was our brief for the project that changed the market in high-end Hotel Villas. The interior design, color palettes and architectural features throughout The Mansions drew inspiration from the West Australian landscape and the Swan River, from the carved limestone feature walls in the living room to the undulating floating timber ceiling above the Mezzanine Bar.

Two free standing Villas with private gated access and secluded entrances were designed for the highest tier of VIP guests at Crown Towers Perth. Each two-story Villa is resplendent with dramatic double height entrance foyers and living rooms, three spacious bedrooms with walk-in wardrobes and luxurious bath areas, private gym and massage rooms, mezzannine bar and lounge areas and a stunning pool terrace and outdoor living area, all with private gardens, reflecting ponds and incredible, uninterrupted views of the Swan River.

A sumptuous architectural palette of French limestone, shagreen, egg-shell lacquer, exotic stones, leather and Tasmanian oak were applied with meticulous detail to create a bespoke, tailored feel to the spaces and the latest guest service and entertainment systems were painstakingly coordinated to ensure simple, user-friendly access to the most cutting edge technology.
